Last updated: 2026-05-18. Updated whenever a sub-processor is added, removed, or replaced.
NEIGHPalm engages a small number of third-party sub-processors to deliver the platform. Each of them is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and, where personal data leaves the EEA, by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). This page lists every sub-processor we currently use.
Customers may subscribe to changes by emailing privacy@neigh.io. We commit to announcing new sub-processors at least 30 days before they begin processing customer data, giving customers time to object.
We are in the process of appointing a GDPR Art. 27 representative. Until that appointment is finalised, EEA data subjects can reach us at privacy@neigh.io.
